Since the owners have decided to do most of the finish work on their new home, our part of the construction work is complete. It is a 1600 square foot home, following the "Not So Big" mantra, with great room, master suite, guest bedroom and loft, with an attached garage. The owners are avid divers and will have an outdoor shower next to their hot tub.
