The design of this 1600 square foot home on the west meadow commenced in 2001 and construction began in the late fall of 2002, completed in June of 2003. My clients took the initiative to do their own interior painting and tile work, a good example of the flexibility of the working relationship in a design build operation.

Central to my design build service is the idea "homes for Sea Ranchers by Sea Ranchers": as a home owner and designer/ builder here, I am able to offer my knowledge and proximity.
