This home on the west meadow completed construction in early 2008.

Our clients expressed their desire to have a home that took advantage of views of the ocean and the ridgetop forest to the east, with an outdoor deck that could be protected from strong summer winds. We designed a home with two wings connected by a breezeway. The north wing contains the great room (living, dining room and kitchen) and guest suite, and the south wing houses the master suite. The entry deck will also serve as a protected area accessible by the kitchen, for al fresco dining. A single car garage and office will be added at a later date.
