I contracted to build this 4000+ sq. ft. blufftop home, designed by a local designer, and completed it in the summer of 1999. This project included building the custom curved stair seen below, outfitting a gourmet kitchen, cherry and mahogany woodwork, and faux paint interiors. The owner of the home participated in a significant amount of the building process.

This home was purchased in 2005, and will undergo further alterations to suit its new owner, including opening up the downstairs dining room to the kitchen and hallway, plastering interior walls,and installing new fixtures and woodwork. Photos of the remodel will be posted upon completion.
