	The 700 square foot two-car garage of this addition was completed in August 2002, adding much needed enclosed parking near the exposed bluff, and an additional 200 square feet of storage space to the existing home. An additional recreation room will be undertaken at a later date. The design repeats the window seat nook (seen below on the left) to streamline the look of the house. It is the interesting challenge of an addition to expand an original design, and to create spaces and forms that meld with the original design of the home. View a map to this home.
